The “Contact us” form
When you use the “Contact us” form, the name, phone number and message you enter are delivered straight to our team through a private Telegram bot — that's how we receive and reply to your request.
We use this information only to get back to you about your enquiry. We do not publish it, sell it, or share it with third parties. Ask us to delete it any time at ai@mind4ship.com.
The AI intake & cabinet
Text you type into the AI intake or the task cabinet is sent to AI providers (Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini) to generate your plan or specification, and is stored in our database so you can return to your task.
Analytics & cookies
We use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand how the site is used and to measure our marketing.
These cookies/trackers load only after you press “Accept” in the cookie banner (Google Consent Mode; the Meta Pixel does not fire until you accept). If you decline, none are set and the site works fully. Your choice is remembered in your browser.
