- A document ingestion pipeline that parses your supplier PDFs automatically, extracting scheduled tasks, intervals, and component references using NLP/OCR.
- A unified maintenance checklist — consolidated, deduplicated, and sortable by vessel, system, or due date — delivered via web dashboard or exportable to Excel/PDF.
- An alert layer that flags upcoming tasks based on running hours or calendar triggers, so nothing slips through.
How It Works
- Source documents are uploaded once; OCR + LLM extraction pulls structured task data (task name, interval, responsible system) even from inconsistent layouts.
- Extracted records are normalized against your vessel register and stored in a central database; conflicts or duplicates between supplier schedules are surfaced for review.
- The dashboard runs in the cloud; optional edge sync keeps the checklist available onboard without connectivity.
