An alert layer that flags upcoming tasks based on running hours or calendar triggers, so nothing slips through.

How It Works

Source documents are uploaded once; OCR + LLM extraction pulls structured task data (task name, interval, responsible system) even from inconsistent layouts.
Extracted records are normalized against your vessel register and stored in a central database; conflicts or duplicates between supplier schedules are surfaced for review.
The dashboard runs in the cloud; optional edge sync keeps the checklist available onboard without connectivity.
